USAC is aware that usac.org and LifelineSupport.org are currently unavailable. Our technical teams are actively working to restore access by the end of the day. We will send a notice when the issue has been resolved.
• Service providers can access Lifeline systems via forms.universalservice.org. • Consumers can apply online directly through the National Verifier consumer portal.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
