"This email serves as a reminder for Service Providers regarding the TPA’s upcoming Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery exercise.

On Thursday, July 17, 2025, the morning maintenance period will be extended by one (1) hour and will span 3 AM to 6 AM PT.
